Having identified a customer’s requirement, a qualified consultant from IITC makes an onsite visit to assess a customer’s organizational objective and gaining an understanding of detailed computing environment. In collaboration with partners, IITC also offers consultation services to enterprise customers. Facilities management staff is provided on a permanent or project basis to a number of large customers where the staff work alongside the customer’s staff in the work place in order to pass over their experience to ensure users become efficient and experienced in the shortest time.
