IITC is the oldest Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center (MS CTEC) now Microsoft Certified Learning Solutions Partner (CLSP), since 1998 ,the first Microsoft Certified Gold Enterprise Partner in the Sultanate. We have also strategic relationships with Microsoft ,Oracle, Cisco, and Sun. IITC is an Authorized Prometric and VUE testing center , where customers could take several online exams towards different types of certification that help in benchmarking skills and provide means to rapid career advancement.. Our training facilities include a full-fledged training center with five fully equipped classrooms each classroom with 12-16 computers, which are fully networked and are constantly upgraded. The center is also equipped with modern training infrastructure, which includes a high quality Lcd’s ,LCD projector in each of the classrooms. A fully equipped pantry is also dedicated for the training facility
Our training institute has staff who are well trained professionals. A Training Manager, and a Training Co-ordinator manage the Training Center and engage in Marketing activity related to the Training Center. IITC's trainers are certified, experienced and are trained to deliver quality programs to large corporate customers and possess not only the technical knowledge and qualifications but also excellent delivery skills. Our trainers constantly receive not only technical training but also communication and delivery training. Training on delivery includes the use of case studies and examples during delivery of training programs
The IITC trainers also from time to time undergo courses at Microsoft and other important organizations. These courses include not just technical courses but also courses in communication, training skills, question and case handling, presentation and training delivery techniques. They are trained to help organizations get the maximum benefit out of corporate training.IITC has the largest number of Microsoft Certified trainers. These trainers are capable and have experience in delivering training in both Microsoft BackOffice products, Microsoft Office applications, advanced networking courses, development tools and databases.
Official curriculum training is delivered by Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT's) who are certified in different areas of the curriculum.
The trainers at IITC are often assigned customer service and support roles that help them acquire practical exposure and in turn ensure that training delivered contains a lot of practical value, real life solutions, and case studies that are extremely useful to attendees.
The training institute at IITC today is one of the Sultanate's premium training facilities and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and delivery tools. The facility is suitably furnished, lit, serviced and constantly upgraded to ensure it is maintained well and can adapt to changing technological and customer requirements.
IITC has been the training venue not only for the training programs that we run but also for training programs that are run in the Sultanate by large Multinationals like Microsoft and Oracle.
The training area comprises of classrooms, refreshment area, counseling area, pantry, area for prayers and washrooms. The facility is serviced by a high quality switched network and an internet leased line. For the convenience of the attendees and to facilitate better communication the training centre has dedicated telephone lines, fax machine, multimedia library and a new technology high-end Internet kiosk and surfing station.
The constant upkeep of the facility is of paramount importance and maintenance is scheduled over public holidays and carried out regularly. Morover, IITC recognises and immediately acts upon feedback received from customers to ensure that our customers continue to receive very high standard of service.
