Our Support Services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, depending on the type and level of support agreed with the client (SLA – Service Level Agreement).
To report a malfunction, a bug or a request, please contact the Support division by telephone, fax or email during the business week from Saturday through Wednesday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Our clients with extended support are provided with the individual telephone number, depending on the type and level of support agreed with the client.
